By utilizing genetic algorithms to control key parameters of RNNs, the research extends the efficiency of this optimization method from individual stocks to multiple stocks simultaneously. The experiments not only demonstrate the feasibility of this extension but also reveal intriguing insights into the behavior of genetic algorithms in the context of portfolio stock price prediction.

This study explores the impact of El Niño and La Niña events on global weather and agricultural commodities. It compares OTC markets with organized exchanges in weather derivatives trading and develops an LSTM model to predict El Niño events accurately. The findings have implications for climate science and risk management in weather derivatives trading, emphasizing the importance of accurate predictions in developing effective trading strategies and managing risks in weather-sensitive financial markets.

AutoCaddie is an AI-driven smart coaching system that provides real-time, personalized feedback to golfers. It employs a hybrid CNN-LSTM neural network to analyze swing biomechanics, capturing key features such as arm angle, hip rotation, and shoulder rotation. The modular hardware system, featuring IMUs and an MCU, allows for easy customization. The user interface offers visual and numerical feedback, comparing the user's swing against the AI-predicted ideal. AutoCaddie aims to enhance golf training through accessible, data-driven insights.
